A New exhibition in Japan with paper cuts, sound ad photos

Together with the Soundartist Robert Cole Rizzi, I have developed an innovative exhibition that uniquely combines paper cuts, sound, and photography. Photographer Karen Relster has taken the exhibition’s photos. The exhibition “The Sound of the Scissors’ Redemption of the Cut People” can be seen in H.C. Andersen Park in Funabashi, Japan in September 2017.

The exhibition was shown for three months in H.C. Andersen Park. The exhibition was part of the official program for the celebration of the 150th anniversary of the conclusion of diplomatic relations between Japan and Denmark.

The exhibition is sponsored by the Toyota Foundation, the Danish Embassy in Tokyo, The Scandinavia-Japan Sasakawa Foundation, and Panduro Hobby.
